We shot our first new years off as parents with a bang..I was down in Southern Wisconsin visiting my Mom and Chuck drove down to get Gray & I and celebrate New Years with us. We spent the day shopping at Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee and ate dinner at a wonderful restaurant called Maggianos Little Italy. I had thee best entree with crab and lobster stuffed inside shrimp with orzo on the side. It was by far the best meal i've had in a long time. I enjoyed a mint mojito with my meal and afterwards Chuck and I split dessert. We had perfect conversation and company for the evening too!
Chuck and I split a HUUUGE slice of Andes mint cake and I had coffee with it being it was super chocolatey. (If you haven't tried good strong black coffee with your über chocolatey cake try it..i'm for sure you'll jump on the bandwagon!)

We afterwards visited my aunts house and headed back to my moms to watch the ball drop and toast to the new year with some pink moscato wine (compliments of World Market earlier that day) It was the best new years i've ever had because I got to spend it with each and every person I would have ever wanted to!
